What is Discover Network?

Which financial institutions issue Cards on Discover Network?

Can I have a Discover Network card from more than one financial institution?

Absolutely.

Is there a difference between Discover Network cards issued by different financial institutions?

Each has different features and benefits, which are determined by the financial institution that offers it. Please contact your financial institution to learn about the features and benefits for your card.

How do I know if my card is part of Discover Network?

Typically, cards that are accepted on Discover Network will have the Discover Network logo, either on the front or the back of the card.

I have a billing question or questions about my account. Who do I contact?

Get in touch with the financial institution that issues your card for everything related to your account, including billing questions, payment information, charge disputes, lost or stolen cards, rewards programs, and updating personal information. Call the number on the back of your card.

Where can I use my Discover Network card?

You can use your card at millions of places around the globe through the Discover Network and our network partnerships.

How can I find out the status of my card application?

Check with the financial institution to which you submitted your application.

From whom do I get my bills and customer service?

The financial institution that issued your card will bill you and provide customer service. You'll find the customer service telephone number for your financial institution on the back of your card.

I want to pay recurring bills on my card. How do I set that up?

No need to contact your financial institution; just contact your billers directly. You may view the directory of billers online.

I want a merchant to accept Discover cards. What can I do?

We gladly take requests to invite merchants to accept Discover Network cards. To do so, simply complete our online Merchant Invitation form.
