The relationship enables reciprocal acceptance of JCB cards at merchant locations on the Discover Network in the U.S. and of Discover Network Cards at merchant and ATM locations on the JCB Network in Japan. In addition, cards from PULSE, one of the largest ATM/Debit networks in the U.S., will be accepted at ATM locations on the JCB Network in Japan at the option of PULSE issuers.
